Why we built a quality-first care desk.

Care staffing tends to run on volume. Big candidate pools, light vetting, a paper reference or two, and a placement count at the end of the month. The agencies and providers on the receiving end inherit the consequences - high turnover, complaints, abuse-registry surprises and, occasionally, much worse.

Quality SCA was built to break that pattern. Our entire desk is built around direct-hire placements of caregivers, with background-first, certification-first, reference-first vetting baked into every search. We work smaller candidate pools and deeper vetting on purpose. The hires we make tend to stay for years.

What we do differently

  • Background-first vetting. Background checks, fingerprinting, abuse-registry checks, certification verification and reference checks all happen before a CV reaches you.
  • Care-trained consultants. Our recruiters come from care work and know the scopes.
  • Direct-hire only. No float pool, no per-diem, no 1099 contractors.
  • One named consultant runs your whole search.
  • Aftercare runs at day 7, 30 and 90.
